  • We use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and control the manufacturing processes. This helps to ensure that the processes are operating efficiently, producing more specification-conforming products with high yield.
  • Lean and Six Sigma – Our continuous improvement teams conduct quarterly meetings to utilize Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for continuous improvement.
